Empowerment through Creation
I believe that the most important part of my job as an educator is to nurture confidence and a growth-mindset in my students. I believe that creating real world objects, whether its a desk-top spaghetti tower or a full size garden shed, is a powerful path to student empowerment. Nothing says "I can do that" more than looking at your work and saying "I did do that!"
